Replacements are NOT available for:

2. How to Request a Replacement

Depending on the nature of the issue, return shipping charges may be borne by Vijay Vox.

3. Replacement Process

After verification:

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same item (or an equivalent product if unavailable).

  • Incorrect products will be replaced with the correct product.

  • Shipping charges for approved replacement requests will be covered by Vijay Vox.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the replacement request.

4. Replacement Shipping

Once approved, your replacement order will be dispatched to the original shipping address.

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
