4. Return Request

5. Product Condition
Products approved for return or replacement must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were delivered.

Vijay Vox reserves the right to reject any request where the product has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use beyond reasonable inspection.
6. Inspection and Verification

Approval of a request shall depend upon verification of the reported issue, compliance with this Policy, and the condition of the returned product.
Where Vijay Vox reasonably believes that a claim is fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unsupported by available evidence, the request may be declined.
7. Replacement
Where a claim is approved, Vijay Vox will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is permanently unavailable, Vijay Vox may, at its sole discretion, offer a product of substantially similar specifications or value.
Replacement products shall be dispatched after successful verification and receipt of the returned product where applicable.
8. Products Not Eligible
Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement where they have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, exposure to water, fire, chemicals, excessive heat, or any other cause not attributable to Vijay Vox.
Products returned without their original packaging or essential accessories, products showing signs of excessive use, products intentionally damaged, customized or personalized products, digital products, gift cards, downloadable content, clearance items, and products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase shall not be eligible unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. No Refunds
Vijay Vox does not offer refunds for products purchased through its website.
Customers whose requests are approved under this Policy will receive a replacement product in accordance with the terms set out herein.
